This hotel has great location, just next to Hiroshima train exit with direct covered bridge between the station and 2nd floor of the hotel. The hotel itself is modern with great facilities and we loved food and drinks here. The hotel provides large room with great views (our room provided views of station with Shinkansen seen arriving and leaving very often in addition to view of the city and beyond) of the surrounding and hills. The room are modern and well laid out. only criticism being the toilet and separate shower/bath have glass walls making it very illuminated in the night when others are in bed. Also the mirror, sink are in open and using in night can disturb your partner, children eg brushing teeth.

This was a beautiful 5* hotel in a brilliant location right next to train station for a one-night stay. The room was huge but beware if travelling with friends – the bathroom doesn’t have privacy. The breakfast was decent and the restaurant had a lovely view. The lady checking us in was not friendly. She refused to give us a room a couple of hours early even though I am a gold Marriott Bonvoy member. I had booked on booking.com as it was a lot cheaper (20% less) than the Marriott website. I felt penalised for using booking.com. Saying that all other staff were lovely and helpful. My friend forgot her glasses at the front desk on check-out but they held on to the glass until we came back for our luggage.

We were only in Hiroshima for 2 nights so this hotel is perfect as it is right outside the Shinkansen exit. We were too early for checkin so we left our bags and hopped on a loop bus outside the hotel to the Memorial Park and museum. When we returned our bags were already in our room. Next day after an enormous breakfast we were at the station to catch a train to the Miyajima island and temple. Many restaurants around the station and only a few stops on the streetcar from the entertainment area. The hotel was typically high standard for Sheraton, modern and clean with lovely views. It had a brilliant breakfast and the staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.

The location is right next to the station, excellent location. The hotel offers toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, and comb if you forgot toiletries. The staff was very polite. I contacted before booking with some questions via booking chat and they replied fast and very helpful. The room was very good: clean and overall comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet-type with very good variety. I use a wheelchair to move around and the "universal" room was accessible. The shower is easy to access and with a considerable space for the wheelchair and an excellent quality shower chair.

A huge food plaza next to the sheraton, was great to have so many restaurant options so close. Clean room and great service. Held our bags for us before and after our stay for a few hours.
